We'll start at the end and go from there.

My old blog was about cooking (whatever-happens-to-be-in-the-fridge), and I may write it again someday.  I got more involved with finishing school and had no time for measuring and writing about the stuff I cooked.

Now that I've accomplished the wonderful feat of graduating from college with a bachelor of arts degree in English and a minor in Art, I feel freer and more self-confident than ever before.  Am I finished with school forever?  Not even close.  I've already started looking into the next program I want to learn.  This summer, though, I sort of promised myself I would concentrate on my full-time job and painting in my spare time rather than drenching all my free time in learning something new, writing papers, reading until dawn, and worrying about deadlines.  Everyone, even education addicts, must take a break and relax from time to time.

So here I am, writing for you, my friends, curious readers, or potential fans, to let you know I will be adding more art to this art site.  I have far too many unfinished commissions, the buyers of which are patiently tolerating my overbooked schedule to lighten up so that they can get the artwork they requested.
